Note the following is said in jest as I know issybird can get real maple syrup way cheaper than I can. Said in my best southern voice.

@Blossom and @issybird,
How are you supposed to make sausage dip or quick chili con queso dip* or mess? Or any number of other predominantly southern recipes? I mean if you have butter, bacon, Velveeta, cornmeal, self-rising flour, milk, eggs, some meat and garden vegetables you can eat high on the hog in the south.
Meat can be anything from beef to squirrel.

*Quick queso dip: Box of Velveeta cubed and a can of Rotel tomatoes, melted together.
Note:I don't like Rotel tomatoes.
