This is not actually my first post - that was in the Sony Reader help forum as my first Reader arrived through the post fux0red beyond belief. That post solicited some useful help and warm welcomes from people here so I'm back properly this time, with a replacement 505 warming the cockles of my reading heart (on my 4th book on it already)!

BTW - I'm Olly from the UK (near Brighton).
