Put it on a wall charger (again) and let it sit there for a few days at least.

I asked the temperature because I found a problem on 7 different Kindles if the room temperature is 83 degrees or over. (KT, PW1, KT3 models, I do not have a: "Device: None" model to test).
(Fixable by putting Kindle into refrigerator ( <=42 degrees ) before putting it on a wall charger.)
