Thanks for the Reply gbm but I already know this.
As I said, I have been manually entering points into the Table of Contents and things were going fine until this problem showed up.

Calibre uses a blue line to show you where the entry point would be if you click there. As you scroll up and down the blue line follows the cursor and you click to make an entry point.

I am using level 2 for the different chapters in the bible I am making the table of contents for. While scrolling down, at a certain point the blue line disappears. Without the blue line you cannot enter points.

I have tried using both Calibre Portable (what I normally use) and even tried the installed version to see if it were a problem with the portable version. With the installed version, the blue line stays visible a litter further than the portable version, but not by much. I need the blue line to stay visible to the end of the book so I can complete the table of contents.
