I don't believe the Fighting Fantasy series has ever been released as ebooks.

However, several Tunnels and Trolls solitaire adventures are available as ebooks, and a few of them are available as online adventures.

Freedungeons.com/ has some of them as free online adventures; DriveThru RPG has some for sale as PDFs, and the condensed rules are available as a free download.
