Hello,

Does Calibre have a limit as to how far in a book you can use level 2 entries?

I worked on a Bible in .docx format, converted it to ASW3 format and have been manually entering points for the table of contents.

I have been using level 1 entries for the different books of the bible and level 2 entries for the chapters in the books. Everything was going fine until I got about 75% of the way through and the blue line just disappears in level 2. No matter what I do I cannot get it to show up beyond this point.

I thought that maybe I had reached an entry limit as to the number of entries the level 2 can have, so I deleted every other level 2 entry and I still have the same problem.

If I use level 1, the blue line stays visible all the way to the bottom of the book. Is there anything I can do to make the blue line show up all the way to the end of the book in level 2?

I have put years of work into this. Any help you can give would be appreciated.
