Is anyone else having major issues with My Harlequin Rewards? I submitted a receipt on July 18th, finally got a response on August 11th saying my points would be submitted within 3-7 business days, than got a third email saying it was not a valid title. So I showed them where it is sold through their website, and was told just because they sell that title doesn't mean it is worth points!
