Steak 'N Shake is a Midwest chain. Their hamburgers are made from chopped up steak. Thin, crispy and made to order. They have other food too like their Chili which is the best. I love their salads. The shakes are made the old fashion way. No soft serve machines.

The first thing I did moving back to Missouri was go to Steak 'N Shake and Jack In The Box.

I think we have a Steak n Shake here in a truck stop.
We have never had a Hardee's, Carl's or Red Robin here.
Oh and our Dairy Queen has a different menu from all other states.
