The Universe Between Bundle curated by Dean Wesley Smith contains supernatural/paranormal fantasy from throughout the ages. It seems to be mostly indies and newer stuff by established authors, but there's at least one backlist historical from Judith Tarr and contemporary paranormal from Kristine Kathryn Rusch, plus an anthology.
