B&H is a wonderful store,have over the years purchased so many things,can't even name them.However,I do tend to buy more in person than online-but I've never had an issue with the store that I haven't been able to resolve.When I bought my readers (besides the PRS700) J&R had better pricing (and was also a quick walk from home....so that's where I went...)
