OK. For chargers, just ignore everything except 2 things:
1. Voltage must match. (Fortunately, for small devices, everything new is 5 volts, and for
USB, that is sacred.)
2. Charger current capability must be at least what the device needs. The 5 volt part
guarantees that it does not matter how much above the minimum current it has.
So for USB chargers, the voltage is automatically correct and all you need to do is make sure it can supply enough amperes. There is no danger of too many amperes.
