No, it does not.
The factory firmware is only mmcblk0p1 ('main' system's partition).
User and device specific date is either outside of the partitioned areas of the eMMC device, or:
in /var/local (partition 3)
in /mnt/base-us (partition 4)
The factory firmware could not have user data in it -
Amazon would have to build an update package for each user, not for each device.
