This is great. You are ready! I however was unable to finish the test package today. I hope I have a chance to finish it tomorrow. The package will overwrite your KSM configuration file. Did you do any changes that you want to keep (apart from select "tools" > "activate" > "set runmenu settings.msh" > "always")?
We did not yet talk about which version of the Kobo firmware you are running. The important point is: Do you have a version with the new home screen?
