I don't know how much the individual ones cost before, but I figure $12 + shipping is what I'd want.

If they come in individual static bags, that will be good, if I have to buy static bags from microcenter, I might add another dollar on top.

Anyone following this thread know how important static bags really are?

These device look small enough that I maybe could tape them to a piece of cardboard and put it in a regular letter sized envelope, so you'd decide how fast you'd want to get it if you want to pay more. :-)

I'll post back when they show up tomorrow.
That seems like a fair price. As for the static bags, My experience with anything that has an IC is that you generally do want it shipped/stored in an antistatic bag. As for actual shipping, I would recommend a bubble envelope tbh. The chip and usb port will likely make it too thick for standard letter envelopes, especially once you add the thickness of the cardbard. Upper limit on thickness for letter postage is 1/4" iirc, plus the rigidity of the pcb would likely make it non-machinable as well. All in all, probably safer/easier to use a small bubble envelope, with the board taped to a piece of cardboard as a precaution.
