5.6.0 is a firmware older than the version the PW3 was released with, which was 5.6.1.1.
If it was intended to work on a PW3, the PW3 would have shipped with it.

It might be for only 5 to 10 seconds, you have to watch closely.
This may require either returning the device to the seller for exchange or using the serial port to debrick it.
It might also be possible to de-brick it using fastboot and some special commands.
But before making a decision on what to do next, please provide the information requested (*) above.

serial number I don't see anywhere...usually get it from device info...but
no USB storage recognized in MyPC after plugging and replugging USB....
