Hmm. Probably a scam then. Usually I get something like "Your receipt from Apple." in the subject.
Just to be safe I'd follow these steps on checking what subscriptions you have.

And maybe your purchase history or credit card balance for an amount that much. If it is there then call Apple up and see what they say.
