Well, I tried for half an hour on amazon site, but all I got was some FAQ and forum page. no real person or such. I do not have time neither nerve to fight with some hiding customer support. That's why I quickly check availability in local advert pages and found one for affordable price.
update: ok, finally I got somebody on amazon chat... CS from india...
will update with result soon.
2nd update: after spent almost hour via chat with troubleshooting and special reset procedure, kindle won't go to full reset, all books are back as well as name of my device. Which should be gone both, as I understand. Agent offered me 15% discount from new device price. But as I already purchased one for almost 1/2 price, I do not use such offer. Anybody interested?
