There's no problem with a REAL apostrophe in an ebook title. I have one such.

The problem probably arises when one uses the html tag ' which is a common error. It creates a prime symbol, which is like a single straight quote but fatter. It is properly used to indicate feet and minutes in numerical presentations like 6' 3" or lat/lon.

A true apostrophe is simply a right single curly quote. See for example the cover of Webster's Collegiate Dictionary https://www.amazon.com/Merriam-Webst.../dp/0877798095 (which has two of them!).
