I (hopefully) made it clearer now which Max I'm referring to.

As for the lack of touch, the problem is when they say "touch" it can mean anything. For example, here it says:

Physical buttons combined with touch screen.

How would someone not knowing the device interpret that? Are you saying this means it can only be operated with a stylus?
