I got a refund for both phones, which added to the problem. The original order wasn't supposed to be refunded, and that's why the reps didn't want to give me the original price. The email said that they have various policies for pricing, but since none of this was my fault they should have made an exception.
When I received the second wrong model, I was told that they were going to research the problem and that they would send me the correct phone. It was supposed to take a week.
