Those few returns are not going to get you on that list. Especially since it was the wrong item.
Amazon does not put you on a can't buy list, they put you on a can't return list after sending you a letter telling you to watch your returns. In the 33% percent case, they just got letters telling them to watch their returns. Nothing else.
The only people I have heard they did that too had at least a 33% return ratio. Most had over 50%. The one I did read about that got his account closed admitted to returning 90% of what was bought on his account.
Do you fit any of those categories?
