I have had very poor experiences with chat. It was usually someone who didn't appear to be fluent in English. I have had better luck with phone calls until now. When I got the wrong phone a second time, I ended up on long calls with three different people because I kept getting cut off. That may have been my fault as I was having wifi issues. Two of them could not understand what my problem was! They spoke unaccented English, so it wasn't a language problem. One person actually told me that I didn't have a choice of what phone I received, that it would be either AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon. Here's the link - tell me how that could confuse a person of even less than average intelligence.
