GRT50BOOKS code just worked for me (Canada) so it may still be of use to some. Take note if you have any pdfs in your library that as of Nov. 1 they will be no longer available for download. Kobo says it will try to replace them with epub versions but not all may be replaceable and that they'll email customers to let them know which books they can't get epubs for. So if you do have pdfs there, better download 'em while you still can.
