In library view, scrolling is acting very weird. It feels choppy, and when I scroll left/right, up/down blank rows or columns on top or on the sides are showing up.

When I scroll to the right I cannot scroll back the the left and I have to click on the scrollbar go get back. But then the column names are not in line with the contents. When I resize a column just a little bit, everything is in place again.

This was not the case in 3.4. Is this because of the new HTML parser maybe?

I'm on OSX 10.12.6
