Thanks for the reply. BTW MyShelves works just fine for me. I think my main problem is that I want to do 2 different things and I'm getting confused what I need to change to get the results that I want.

I want to create a collection for example Roberts, Nora - Sisters. In the plug in under collections I have author_sort, series. It does create a Roberts, Nora collection but it also creates a Sisters collection. The books in the collection just have the title but not the series number. Under metadata plug boards I have ePub | kobotouch = {series_index:0>2s|| - } {title}.

I have playing with this all day and still can't get it to work.
