Do you use the wireless device? For example, do you use Calibre Companion?
That message means that the calibre wireless device was unable to open network connections (a "port") that it needs to support automatic connections. That can happen if some other programs on the computer are using all 5 possible ports (54982, 48123, 39001, 44044, 59678), or more likely your antivirus or other security software is preventing calibre from opening the ports.
The reason the error is not fatal is that the wireless device also supports "Bonjour" (mDNS). An app (e.g., CC) that wants to connect as a wireless device can find calibre using one of the 5 ports, via Bonjour, or by directly entering the IP address of the calibre computer into the app.
If you don't actually use the wireless device then you should shut it off in calibre by going to Connect/Share and clicking on Stop wireless device.
