The narrator is a good one, I just purchased the next four books by Gemmell - "The King Beyond the Gate", "Hero in the Shadows", "Waylander" and "Quest for Lost Heros".

The narrator, Sean Barrett, is a reader rather than a voice actor. By that I mean that he doesn't have dramatically different voices for the various characters. He varies his voice a bit for different characters, but not dramatically. His voice just seems to match the books.
