Hello Chaley,

If you can explain the whole thing in french It would be nice As I'm not an expert, I'm a bit confused.
Just after the reset, I reinstall the CC but the version on my PC was the same as before. But the CC not working on my mobile device, I updated the software on PC too.

Here's where I'm now.

What is it the simplest procedure now ?
