We just did chicken wings in the IP, then tossed them with sauce and finished in the broiler.
They came out very well, but next time, we'll finish in the broiler till they are crispy, THEN toss with sauce. The order we did it, the sauce would have burned before they got nicely crisp (the BBQ ones, at least. The Buffalo ones probably would have been fine either way.)
