There's a new kid in town fighting for a spot in the offline handheld web viewing market, and it's called Webaroo.

Perfect for a laptop, or PDA, Webaroo searches deliver relevant results and their graphic web pages; giving you the information and answers you want, wherever you are."

Requires WM2003 SE or WM5.0, an external storage card, as well as the desktop/laptop software which uses Microsoft .Net 1.1 and a browser.
