I got a 6 qt Duo Plus during Prime Day. I'm happy to say I'm using it as much as I hoped I would. Cooking meat without defrosting first and cooking beans without an overnight soak are wonderful for me, since I always forget to thaw and soak. I've lost track of what all I've tried so far, but my first meal in it was beef tips and rice, and tonight was curry. I also steamed a Christmas pudding (yes, in July) using the slow cooker function.

I am not a fan of prep, and that tends to be the thing most likely to prevent me from cooking for myself. I've come across enough one-pot meal recipes/suggestions where I can use frozen veggies and stuff that it's helping me with my goal of eating better. I have a Pinterest board to collect the IP recipes I want to try.
