If it says "in stock" it should mean that they have the unit. Otherwise they should write that they will get it from a supplier. But I know that different sellers mean different things with "in stock" and you usually have to check ratings for the seller at sites like pricerunner to get what typ of seller they are. Expansys would get a lower rating if they do not mean that the have the item when they say "in stock" (or this is how the rating works for Swedish sellers at least).
