If I understand your post correctly, you installed CC and it worked. You then factory reset your device, installed CC (and everything else) again, and now it doesn't work. You didn't say whether or not you updated calibre or anything else on your network.

To resolve the problem, the first thing to do is look for what changed. Did you change anything on the machine running calibre? When you rebuilt the tablet, did you use the exact same network setup? Did you backup CC's info before the reset then restore it after the reset?

The first thing I would do is verify that the tablet is using the same wireless network SSID as before. Next I would reboot the WiFi router because they can sometimes get confused. Third: verify that nothing was updated on the machine running calibre: very often anti-virus software updates silently.

You say that you followed the instructions. Do you mean the instructions in our FAQ How do I setup Calibre Companion to connect to calibre? If so, what happened when you tried the Step 1 in section "4. Connection Testing"? If that worked, what happened when you tried Step 2?

If you wish you can send me debug logs. See our FAQ How do I get help? for instructions. Please note: I will need both the debug logs: the one from calibre and the one from CC. CC will email me its debug log. Please attach/paste the calibre debug log on a post in this thread.
