Are those books that your Oasis shows page numbers for? So you know for sure you have them? You can't get a break! I hate to say it but I think you're right, you have to factory reset the device and reload the ebooks.

I do have to say that I notice that it takes awhile for page numbers and book covers to load. Also sometimes I just have to delete and re-download them. Sometimes it just doesn't work right the first time.
