You are of course correct. Having said that, I regard as a more concrete indication the declining market share of agency priced ebooks, though this is not of course definitive. It is also interesting that, as of posting, no one has indicated in the poll that they buy the print book instead. So far the poll results are not exactly what I expected, but close. There are more than I expected who will pay the same or more for an ebook. A minority, but a sizeable one.
