According to that debug output, OS X is unable to see the kindle at all, without that calibre has no chance to conenct to it. Try resetting your kindle/using another usb cable/port. If none of that works, use one of the wireless methods to conenct: https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/faq...kindle-fire-hd
