Notes:
The
`Allow download all in Browser` patch is missing in this version.
The 4.5.9587.sh script failed with an error about stat/chmod on some OS X systems (see
post #24 for report). I have updated the attachment in post #1 to include a new 4.5.9598.sh script that should solve the problem. (See
post #27 for details of fix.)
