Keep searching!! Learned OpenGL 3.0 needs android 5.0 or later, so 2.0 should be fine
Looked at github if there is a OpenGL installer and only found libraries for programmers. I think OpenGL needs a specific installer with a lot of different details for each device. Really don't know.
Now will try to find if its possible to extract from the Onyx C67ML and, after some minor changes, install it on M96 or other Onyx devices.
