When I hadn't received a tracking number after a week, I queried the status
of my shipment, and received the following reply:

Dear Customer,
I just checked your case.
We got your device back from UPS cause we didn't include your telephone
number in teh shipment information.
We proceed to ship again inmediatly.
This is the first time we ship to Australia and we had some problems preparing
the documentation.
