Seems IAP140 is another name of PXA1908 used on some android phones, kernel code could be found on github. As info found from google, the date this chip been used is around from 2015 to 2016, so its possible there's a android L inside, but from SONY opensource site, there's package from ubuntu and debian, this is kind of confused.
