I'm sure they are swamped too just after Prime Day. Although I didn't order anything on Prime Day this year. I was just speaking in general, that when I have needed CS I use the Chat line instead of calling them. It's worked out well for me and the wait time wasn't long. Although I'm sure it's longer just after Prime Day as well.
