It's somewhere around there: I get 349 x 424 PostScript points (approx 123 x 149.5 mm) myself. A document at that size, with 0.5 pt rulers just 'inside' the edges displays without almost any visible whitespace on the outside (except lower edge, of course, with the icon bar).
But I see that the right edge on my unit is very slightly askew: I do see whitespace outside at the very bottom, but not at the top, which suggests that the *visible* screen area may be a little off square.
