I only follow the postings of Amazon(USA) -
They have never posted anything numbered 5.8.9.0.1 - the USA postings are: 5.8.9.0.2
The -.0.1 can be jailbroken, the -.0.2 can not.

Most likely, they dropped the "block downgrade" patch for the build of that one version (and they caught it before they shipped any to the USA).
