trivet (or steamer basket)
1 cup water
- Put water into pressure cooker pot
- Place trivet/steamer basket in pot and place eggs on top
- Cook at High Pressure for 2 minutes
- When beep sounds, natural pressure release for 15 minutes
- Place in refrigerator for later use or peel now

Caution: I love this recipe too. But test it first with 2-3 eggs, and YOUR pan or basket. I used a metal pot, so eggs wouldn't fall all over ..... and a different time, a silicone steamer basket. Both times the metal and the silicone seriously affect the cook time. I had raw eggs in my packed breakfast. A metal screen strainer basket should work well with this recipe (tho, test it) but other containers may shield the eggs, so test it first!
