EASY INSTANT POT HARD-BOILED EGGS

large eggs
trivet (or steamer basket)
1 cup water
  • Put water into pressure cooker pot
  • Place trivet/steamer basket in pot and place eggs on top
  • Cook at High Pressure for 2 minutes
  • When beep sounds, natural pressure release for 15 minutes
  • Place in refrigerator for later use or peel now
