Here's a recipe for hard-boiled eggs that works flawlessly for me
every time. You don't even need to put them in a cold-water bath after cooking! I usually make seven at a time, but you can make more (or less) if you prefer.
I'd be interested in your results with the Instant Pot versus the Power Cooker you had before.
EASY INSTANT POT HARD-BOILED EGGS
large eggs
trivet (or steamer basket)
1 cup water
- Put water into pressure cooker pot
- Place trivet/steamer basket in pot and place eggs on top
- Cook at High Pressure for 2 minutes
- When beep sounds, natural pressure release for 15 minutes
- Place in refrigerator for later use or peel now
