You know, for the life of me, I cannot get the ePUBTools to "stick." I literally don't know what does it. I got it installed in Word, everything was groovy, and then, at some point--it disappeared, AGAIN. I've told my various and sundry AVPs that it's cool, so it shouldn't be getting removed that way. I wonder if there's a conflict, do you think, between the macro and the ePT?
IF I can get it running again, I'm going to try that. It's been so long since I was able to use EPT, I actually forgot that. (Or...I have an old version of 2003 running. Sh*t, maybe I'll bring that up and put EPT in that...)

Word has a truly brain-dead version of regex, but you work with what you have. Personally, I'd do this as a macro and assign it to a control-key sequence, allowing you to verify as you did it that you hadn't just inadvertently created 'jackin-the-box' or some such.

Oh, believe me, I' know. I've tried using it, more than a few times.

IAC, may your weekend bring you no annoying idiots, and nice weather. (Neither of which is particularly likely, but hey, as a well-wish, not bad. )

Oh, thanks, but I'm here tomorrow, too, of course. This week has been particularly long--as of my leaving on Weds night, I'd already been here 39 hours. I confess, gang..I'm
flagging a bit.
