Looks like calibre 3 has made a huge leap with docx conversion!

Footnotes now work as hyperlinks!

I do have one problem though.
I have two books. Both covered from AZW3 to DOCX, and both have hyperlinked endnotes.
In Word 2016, the hyperlinked endnotes work fine for both books.
However, when importing the DOCX file into Logos 7, the hyperlinks are broken with one of the books, but work fine with the other.

I noticed that the hyperlinks are linked to word bookmarks...?
The problem seems to be associated with the naming of the bookmarks.
The book which has working hyperlinks in Logos is the one that has bookmarks composed of all digits, or at least starts with a digit (e.g. "11_9" however, Office Word does not allow bookmarks that start with a digit...). The other book has bookmarks which starts with a letter and combines letters and digits in the name (e.g. "pich02_fn2").
Although, I am not sure if this is the real issue.

Would it be possible to add a feature to caliber that converts all internal bookmarks/hyperlinks names to a consistent numbering system (i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4 .... 114332)?
