I can't even see my dogs, much less feed and water them. " Do you keep your dogs underground or in a windowless building? It is 2 in the afternoon, you should be able to see to feed your dogs. "I need my electricity on now, my medicine in the refrigerator is getting warm. Call them or come turn it on" Again, I cannot call for you. And WE do not fix electric lines. "Why is my water out? " Because you live in the country and the pump the co-op uses runs on electricity.
