I couldn't remember where book 2 started! I know I bought a paperback of #3 (i think) cuz the cover was nifty and Scottish. I was totally snowed, and weirded out. I stopped reading halfway through, which I *never* did at that time. Only years later did I hear about the Outlander series, and read it on my Palm Pilot. Book 3 seemed strangely familiar, until I remembered the above facts!
