The text is just that of a normal screenshot.
(Although the combination of things visible on the screen is a bit unusual.)
A screenshot is triggered by a simultaneous, double touch at diagonally opposite corners of the screen.
It is real hard to imagine something that would be emulating that trigger.
Return it, there is something wrong with the hardware.
